Thank you for your patience while fitting me to the new hearing aids. I am now enjoying conversations without saying “what?”. One of the drawbacks may be some of my duties are being put off with an addiction to TV now that I understand the words! I have heard so much about ‘Marcia’ from my friends and it was a pleasure to meet you. Thank you again for all of your help.

Thank you for all of your help with MD – she is doing wonderfully. I know she can be a handful at times and she was so excited to see you and talk to you about her latest adventure. Thank you for your caring and professional care of my Dad. He was not thrilled with the thought of getting hearing aids, but once he met you he seemed much more at peace with the idea. Your kind and easy going nature made him very comfortable from the beginning of the appointment and by the end of our time there he was very happy with his decision. He’s doing terrific with the hearing aids and it has improved not only his quality of life, but the rest of the family as well! Thank you from all of us.
