Safety of our patients is our biggest priority and we want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our patients, staff and families very seriously.

We also understand how important and critical, communication with your loved ones is during these challenging times. We are here for you and doing things differently to take care of your hearing health care needs.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have been following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health authorities to ensure we have the right plans and resources in place to safeguard your health and well-being.

We are now using Telehealth for our appointments and are available to assist you with one click on your phone, tablet or computer.

With Telehealth, we are able to:

  • Conduct online appointments and pre-screenings
  • Check on patients remotely and safely
  • Help assist patients with hearing devices
  • Remote adjustments with some hearing aids

If you are having trouble hearing during this challenging times and cannot wait for shelter-in-place to be over?

We are offering:

  • Curb-side pick-up and delivery of your hearing aids that need repair and maintenance
  • Online Hearing Screening
  • Consultation using telehealth
  • Hearing Aids demo and trial at your home by mail, if you qualify for it.
