Hearing Instrument Specialist; Owner
David Weaver graduated from Brigham Young University in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in Audiology. He joined San Rafael Hearing Center in 1997 as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Riley J. Barney
Audiologist; Founder
Riley Barney graduated from Utah State University in 1983, and later founded San Rafael Hearing Center after relocating to Tucson. Riley passed away on September 11, 2018. He served the Tucson community for more than 30 years at the same location, and was one of Tucson's most well-respected audiologists.
