COVID-19 PROTOCOL

As we continue to follow the state regulations regarding Covid-19 our office protocol has changed. Your overall health is our top priority, and we want you to know that during these times, we are choosing to stay open.

Here’s what we’re doing to protect you:

  • We require that everyone entering the office must wear a mask. You are welcome to have someone accompany you to the appointment but ask that you limit it to one person, who also will need to wear a mask.
  • We ask that if you are feeling ill, show any signs or symptoms of Covid-19, or have been exposed in the last 14 days that you call to reschedule. ( ie: fever greater than 100.5, cough, difficulty breathing)
  • For those patients with hearing aids in need of cleaning or repair, we ask that you stay in your car and simply call us at 419-222-9010 once you arrive outside our building.  Staff will then let you know when it is okay to come up to the office as we try to limit the number of patients in our lobby.
  • For our Leipsic patients, please call the Lima office for any of your needs. Our Leipsic location is closed until further notice.
  •  If your hearing instruments require batteries, we will be happy to mail them to you.  Please call our office at 419-222-9010 for details.
  • The manufacturers have resources available that can be accessed as follows:

    • Phonak       800-679-4871    8am-5:30 CST, Mon-Fri
    • Starkey       800-328-8602    24 hours, 7 days per week
    • Signia         800-350-6093    7am-7pm CST, Mon-Fri
