CURRENT OPERATING PROCEDURES
We’re here for you during these unprecedented times. We offer alternative appointments, after hours or in your home. Unlike a regular doctor’s office, we only treat hearing issues in our location and we do NOT schedule sick patients to visit. That said, we are still taking recommended precautions to keep you healthy and safe. We take your, and our, health seriously. Our office is working hard to comply above and beyond with all procedures recommended by local health and safety officials to maintain a clean and safe facility for our patients and staff. Thank you for putting your trust in us. Here are some of the new services we are now offering:

CURBSIDE SERVICE
When you arrive, give us a call. A team member will come to your car, get your hearing devices, address any questions, and perform services in our office. Once completed, we’ll bring your hearing devices back out to you, including any needed supplies such as batteries.
PERSONAL APPOINTMENTS
In order to lessen the amount of traffic in our common areas, we ask that only those who are essential to the patient’s care attend the visit for now.
CARE FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME WITH REMOTE SUPPORT
Many hearing aids that connect to your phone or app have remote adjustment capabilities. Our team can address any programming needs while you stay home. Contact our office for questions using this feature.
WE CAN SHIP SUPPLIES AND ACCESSORIES TO YOU
If you need supplies like hearing aid batteries, don’t forget we can ship them directly to your home.
HOME CARE
Or “front yard” care during COVID-19. We have always offered home care during our 82 years and one of the only practices in the area that have the equipment to do so.
