- AN APPOINTMENT ABSOLUTELY IS REQUIRED. Your appointment will be carefully timed so that no other patients are in the office during your arrival or departure. Consequently, your punctuality is of critical importance.
- YOU MUST WEAR A MASK. Our staff also will wear appropriate protective gear.
- PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANYONE ELSE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT UNLESS IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
