RECEPTIONIST
Tami is a familiar face, having worked in this office previously, she returned to Hearing Care Professionals earlier this year. She is a teamworker, brings her experience in the field of medical office operation to our office and loves working with people. Most often you will find her answering phones, making appointments and greeting patients, but she also calls patients, compiles patient's charts, sends batteries, enters patient data into the computer, checks in and processes hearing aids, just to name a few of her varied duties and responsibilities. She resides in Aberdeen with her husband, Darren (and lest we forget, her two rescue dogs Grace and SoFee). Her daughters, Lexi and Alyssa, and her four grandchildren, soon to be five, also reside in Aberdeen.
