At Hearing Care Professionals, hearing aid warranties vary from 1 year up to 5 years (depending on the level of technology of the hearing aid) and cover all types of repair. As a rule of thumb, the higher the level of technology, the longer the warranty. A manufacturer’s warranty is included with every hearing aid purchase at no additional cost.
We exclusively provide a complimentary 5 year warranty on our highest technology hearing aids!
A “Loss and Damage Warranty” covers all hearing aids for one year from the date of purchase, if the hearing aid should become lost or damaged. Contact our office for details.
Extended warranties are available upon request.
