Need your hearing aid cleaned? Walk-in’s are welcome in the Aberdeen office. Complimentary cleaning of hearing aids is performed as a courtesy to all patients, regardless of where you purchased your hearing aids.
Need your hearing aid checked or adjusted? Complimentary hearing aid checks and adjustments are available by appointment in the Aberdeen office and in any of our outreach clinics.
HEARING AID SERVICE
Walk-in Service – Aberdeen office only: In the Aberdeen office, walk-ins are always welcome for hearing aid cleanings, tubing and filter changes and to pick up batteries.
By Appointment – Aberdeen and Outreach Clinics: All hearing aid adjustments require an appointment to ensure adequate time is available to spend with you.
Remember, no charge EVER for office calls!
Hearing aids require routine care and maintenance to continue to operate at their maximum potential. Feel free to call for appointment any time you think your hearing aid needs a “check up”.
HEARING AID REPAIR
Hearing aids are electronic devices with small intricate parts that may occasionally fail. If your hearing aid is not working properly, bring it to us and we will diagnosis the problem. If the hearing aid was purchased from us, most repairs can be performed in the office at no charge. Sometimes the hearing aid needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair and if it is still under warranty, there is no charge to you. Any hearing aid out of warranty and sent to the manufacturer for repair will be quoted a price for repair.
