HEARING AID FITTING

At the time of the hearing aid fitting, the hearing aids are personalized for your specific hearing loss, utilizing computerized proprietary software. This setting can be determined by the computer but controlled by the hearing professional depending on individual preferences and maximizing.

During the initial fitting you will be asked questions about loudness and sound quality. You will be instructed on the insertion and removal of the instruments from the ear, and the daily operations and care of the hearing aids. You will learn how to identify a low battery warning and how to change the battery. At this first visit you will understand the basic operation of the hearing aids.

Future visits will fine-tune the hearing aids based on your own day-to-day experiences and lifestyle.

THERE IS NEVER A CHARGE FOR FOLLOW-UP VISITS AND ADJUSTMENTS.

Why do we do this? Because we know if we charge you every time you walk in the door, you won’t come in. We want to see you. We want to make sure you are receiving maximum benefit from your hearing aids. It’s as simple as that!

If your hearing changes in the future, the hearing aids may be adjusted for the change in hearing, with no need to buy new hearing aids.
