COVID-19 Protocol

Family Audiology is taking preventative measures to ensure that the health and welfare of patients is the number one priority.

While closely monitoring all government recommendations, a five-step plan has been developed to ensure your safety.

  1. Please Ensure You’re in Good Health Please reschedule your appointment if you have had a fever or cough, or have traveled during the past two weeks.
  2. No Walk-In Appointments (Drive-up Instead) Walk-in appointments are currently unavailable, however we are able to complete any hearing aid repairs as a curbside service. Please call the office when you arrive and an audiologist will meet you at your car.
  3. Hand Sanitizing Upon Arrival All patients must wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival. Hand sanitizer and soap are provided as soon as you enter the office.
  4. Thorough Cleaning Between Appointments Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces and ensure each patient is entering a clean environment.
  5. Minimum Company for Appointments Please bring a maximum of one person with you for your appointment, and ideally visit alone if possible.

With not just your hearing health, but your overall health being an absolute priority during these challenging times, know that we are here for you. Be well.
