Hearing Specialist Trainee
Madison has been a part of the Earzlink family since 2022, training to become a hearing aid specialist. Madison has worked in customer service since 2019. She graduated at the top of her class from Fairfield High School in Leesburg, OH in June of 2020. Because Madison has a deep compassion for helping people reach their full potential, she started a social work journey at Southern State community college right after high school. She soon found that her problem-solving ability and compassion for people led her to the hearing aid industry after her family adopted a child with a hereditary hearing impairment. Madison focuses her abilities and works hard alongside her patients at Earzlink to ensure they hear the very best they can.
In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, cats and dog Cocoa. She also enjoys gaming, art, and socializing with friends.
