COVID-19 NOTICE

*Masks Required at Doss Audiology & Hearing Center*

Updated 05/18/2022

We are aware of the new CDC guidelines regarding masks among vaccinated individuals.  However, the CDC has advised that these guidelines do not apply in a healthcare setting.  In an effort to provide a safe environment for all patients, we will continue to require masks in our offices.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

At Doss Audiology & Hearing Center, we understand that hearing is essential.  That is why even during these uncertain times surrounding COVID-19, we have done our best to support our patients.  For the health and safety of our valued patients and staff, that may mean remote services and options to serve from afar while the world practices social distancing to slow the spread of the Coronavirus.

Our providers are currently seeing patients for in-office services, but with specific infection control and precautionary measures to keep our patients and staff safe.  If you are sick or have a fever, kindly reschedule your appointment.

Please take a moment  to review our clinic procedures below:

1. WAITING ROOM OPEN

Our waiting room is now open but masks are required at all times.

2. FACE MASKS REQUIRED

All patients and companions must wear face coverings in the building.  We can provide a mask if necessary.

3. MAX 1 COMPANION

Patients are restricted to a max of 1 companion to appointments.  No exceptions.

Sincerely,

Dr. Phallon Doss
