A native of the Finger Lakes, Kelly originally majored in Speech pathology. After her initial Audiology course, she knew that it would be her career and changed her major. Kelly graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing handicapped.

Alissa joined the practice in 2017. She brings to the practice a strong background in customer service. Alissa lives in Newark with her husband Mike and step children Christopher and Kyleigh. On her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Sondra rejoined the practice in January 2018. She previously worked with the Hearing Center for 5 years prior to moving to Florida to be with her family. She has extensive customer service experience and loves interacting with each patient.
